We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Retail Operations. The role demands complete ownership of store performance, profitability, and expansion while ensuring exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Full P&L ownership for all retail stores.
Drive sales, profitability, and operational KPIs across 100+ stores.
Lead store operations, merchandising, visual display, and customer experience.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless execution.
Manage expansion strategy - new store openings, market entry, and ROI optimization.
Build and mentor a high-performing retail team (regional heads, store managers, staff).
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and policies.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to maximize retail performance.
Regular travel to monitor, review, and energize store teams across locations.
Requirements
12-18 years of experience in retail leadership roles (preferably furniture, lifestyle, or consumer durables).
Strong exposure to P&L management, multi-store operations, and expansion.
Hands-on leader with analytical, strategic, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively.
