Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the

overall bridal retail strategy

aligned with the brand vision and revenue goals Lead long-term planning for

bridal category growth, positioning, and market expansion

Take ownership of

store profitability, premium pricing strategy, and margin control

Drive innovation in bridal retail experience and service models
Sales & Revenue Leadership

Own and deliver

high-value bridal revenue targets

Lead conversion strategy for

appointment-based and luxury bridal selling

Guide senior teams on closing complex, emotion-driven bridal purchases Set pricing, discount, and negotiation frameworks for bridal sales Build systems to increase

average bridal ticket size and referrals


Customer Experience & Brand Leadership

Champion a

luxury, relationship-driven bridal experience

Personally engage in key VIP, influencer, and celebrity bridal relationships Ensure consistent storytelling of brand heritage, craftsmanship, and design philosophy Set benchmarks for service excellence across all bridal touchpoints
Team & Culture Leadership

Build, mentor, and retain

high-performing bridal leadership teams

Develop senior bridal consultants into

stylists and client advisors

Establish a culture of accountability, elegance, and professionalism Lead performance management, incentives, and succession planning Act as the role model for grooming, communication, and conduct
Bridal Operations & Delivery Leadership

Provide leadership oversight on

custom-made bridal order execution

Ensure alignment between retail, design, production, embroidery, and tailoring Set governance for

timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments

Lead issue resolution for critical bridal orders and escalations
Inventory & Collection Leadership

Lead bridal collection planning by season, region, and price architecture Take strategic decisions on

investment pieces, samples, and inventory risk

Guide stock depth, rotation, and lifecycle management for bridal categories Balance creativity with commercial viability
Visual Merchandising & Store Leadership

Set the vision for

bridal store ambience and luxury VM standards

Ensure store layout supports privacy, consultation, and storytelling Approve VM concepts, campaign execution, and in-store launches
1. Sales & Business Growth

Own and achieve

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Drive

store-wise and category-wise performance

Analyze sales trends, conversions, ATV, and footfall Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and festive campaigns Improve

sell-through, margin, and profitability


2. Store Operations Management

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all stores Standardize SOPs for billing, inventory, customer handling, and store hygiene Monitor store audits, shrinkage, and compliance Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams Ensure timely store openings, closings, and reporting
3. Team Leadership & People Management

Lead Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and Sales Teams Hire, train, and develop retail leadership talent Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews Build a high-performance, customer-centric retail culture Reduce attrition and improve staff engagement
4. Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Ensure consistent

brand standards and service excellence

Handle escalated customer issues and VIP clients Improve repeat business and customer loyalty Implement grooming, styling, and service protocols Ensure in-store experience aligns with brand positioning
5. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

Oversee VM execution across all stores Ensure displays, mannequins, and layouts drive sales Coordinate with marketing for launches and campaigns Maintain brand aesthetics and seasonal storytelling
6. Inventory & Stock Management

Plan store-wise stock requirements Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory Reduce dead stock and optimize stock rotation Coordinate replenishment and inter-store transfers Ensure accurate stock records and audits
7. Reporting & Strategy

Prepare regular sales and performance reports Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor analysis Support expansion plans (new store openings, scaling) Work closely with top management on retail strategy
