Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (BBA, B.Com, etc.)

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Retail Management, or Strategy

(preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates)

Experience:

8-15 years

of experience in retail, channel sales, or business development Proven track record in

retail leadership roles

, especially in

industrial products, B2B retail, weighing machines, tools, or technical products

Experience in setting up or scaling retail networks (dealers/distributors/direct outlets) Hands-on experience in driving sales teams and achieving aggressive growth targets

Skills:

Strategic thinking and retail business planning Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong data-driven decision-making and P&L understanding Familiarity with CRM, retail ERP tools, and modern retail practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
