We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Retail Head to lead our Delhi NCR retail operations and contribute to our national and global retail expansion. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, customer experience, and scaling sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Strategy & Expansion Drive growth through new store openings, franchise opportunities, and omnichannel integration Develop short- and long-term strategies for retail performance in Delhi NCR and beyond Sales & Performance Management Achieve sales targets and optimize store-level profitability Analyze store metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to improve performance Team Leadership Lead and mentor store managers and front-end staff Implement training programs that reflect the brand's values and service excellence Staff training Ensure a consistent and premium shopping experience across all touchpoints Act as the brand custodian in customer-facing interactions Visual Merchandising & Inventory Align merchandising strategies with seasonal collections and brand identity Coordinate closely with design, supply chain, and warehouse teams for efficient inventory flow Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and HR teams to ensure seamless execution

Candidate Profile

8-15 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, with minimum 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record in managing multi-store operations, preferably in Delhi NCR Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work in a dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial environment Passionate about Indian fashion, customer relationships, and building teams
