Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple supermarket outlets.
Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Ensure smooth inventory management, vendor coordination, and stock control.
Lead and motivate store teams to achieve business goals.
Implement effective marketing and merchandising strategies.
Analyze sales trends and develop strategies for growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Supermarket / Retail Operations (Mandatory)
Proven leadership & team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multi-store operations and drive performance.
