Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries, complaints, and VIP clients professionally. Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and stock presentation. Monitor inventory, coordinate with warehouse, and manage stock replenishment. Ensure billing accuracy, cash handling, and daily sales reporting. Train and motivate sales staff to improve performance. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and overall store ambiance. Implement promotional activities and discounts as per company guidelines.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and leadership skills. Customer-centric approach. Good knowledge of retail sales operations. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Basic computer knowledge .
