Urgent Job OpeningRetail Finance Head in a renowned EV Mfg. Co for---- Gurgaon, Bhopal, Pune, Kolkata & Chennai Location.
Budget 8-12 LPA
Designation- State Managers
Profile - Retail Finance
Experience 5 to 7 Yrs.
Qualification- MBA/ PGDM
Location Gurgaon, Bhopal, Pune, Kolkata & Chennai
Job Responsibilities:-
Strategic
Effective implementation of available MOUs
Identification of new financing prospects in state
Training dealer teams
Financial
Having schemes (agreed upon and signed in MOU -amongst our and financier management
teams) for financing made available at each dealerships in their state of operation.
Having state level financiers /local dealer area financiers developed and with support from zonal head closed and additional financing scheme made available to dealers
Help dealers in getting short term loans from select financiers for money rotations and buying more vehicles from us
Customer / External Orientation
Helping prospective customers coming at dealership understand better about our products /financing schemes available through imparting training programs to dealer teams
Conducting referral programs at dealerships
Helping financiers (through dealers) get support on overdue, /NPAs /sale of repossessed vehicles
People Orientation
Imparting training to dealer teams on financier\'s dealer code activation process, requirements of financier for financing customers
Enhancing team of dealer interactions with local executive of financiers for getting better support from financier
Process / Core operational accountabilities
Accountable to give and get best support from dealer and financier of state for smooth coordinated working amongst both supporting each other for final deliverables: Dealer getting best of financing schemes and short-term loans and financier getting best of support from dealer as and when asked on overdue/NPA /post deliver documents.
Key Performance Indicators
Availability of at least 2-3 financiers at each dealership
Retail penetration for each segment of financier
Incremental volumes on retail
Number of dealers on boarded
Number of local financiers scouted and brought to closures
Key Interaction & Stakeholders
Internal
Interaction with sales state heads.
Interaction with zonal retail finance head with al reports desired -daily, weekly , monthly
Interaction with service team for post-sales support for customers getting financing
External
Interaction with dealers of the state
Interaction wit h state and local team of financiers
Interactions with brokers
Interaction with local RTO offices
Functional / Role-specific Skills and Knowledge
Good at relationship building , good at excel and PowerPoint working on computers, good local language of state (preferred)
Behavioral Competencies
Hard working , capable of getting work done , aggressive and with positive attitude
Growth Prospects for the Role
Excellent growth prospects to become heads of 2-3 states and finally zonal head of one/two parts of country.
There is dearth of good people in retail finance at middle and senior management level .
