Job Description

5 to 6 years of experience in retail operations, auditing, quality assurance, or compliance, including at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity

Lead and manage a team of Retail Experience Auditors, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Review and validate audit findings for accuracy, completeness, and actionable insights. o Develop and maintain standardized auditing procedures, scorecards, and reporting frameworks. Serve as the primary liaison between the offshore audit team and U.S. Retail Experience leadership. Consolidate audit results, identify trends, and prepare summary reports highlighting compliance risks, strengths, and opportunities. Oversee workload distribution and ensure timely completion of audits. Collaborate with leadership to refine metrics, improve audit consistency, and evolve program methodology. Support onboarding and continuous development of new team members. Manage escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with U.S. standards
