We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Retail Executive with minimum 5 years of proven expertise in the jewellery sector. The role involves driving sales, delivering excellent customers services and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & maintain strong relationship with HNI &VIP clients.
Ensure seamless client experience from start to end.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide expert product knowledge.
Drive Sales, achieve monthly targets, and ensure excellent customer's service.
Build and maintain strong client relationship for repeat and referral business.
Handle Customers queries, complaints and after sales services (repairs resizing customization)
Skills Required:
Strong clienteling skills and the ability to build lasting client relationship.
Knowledge of Diamonds, gold gemstones & Hallmarking.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Additional language are a plus).
Passion for Luxury craftsmanship, attention to detail and a deep appreciation for Jewellery design.
