Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting bicycles and accessories.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals.
Maintain product knowledge and store display.
Handle billing, stock management, and daily reports.
Represent the Giant brand professionally.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of retail sales experience (bicycle/sports/lifestyle preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Passion for cycling is an advantage.
