We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Retail IT & ERP Digital Transformation Associate to help streamline, automate, and digitize our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our retail operations. This role will work closely with business, operations, and store teams to improve system efficiency and enhance automation across our ERP and retail technologies.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in the IT division of a retail brand, preferably apparel or fashion, and should understand the end-to-end retail technology landscape -- from POS systems and ERP to internal workflows and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the digital transformation of internal retail SOPs by automating manual processes using ERP systems.
Analyze existing SOPs and convert them into system-based workflows and automations.
Configure, customize, and optimize ERP modules (preferably Zoho ERP or similar).
Coordinate with different departments like Merchandising, Warehouse, Finance, and Store Operations to understand process requirements.
Manage and optimize integration between ERP, POS, Inventory, and CRM systems.
Ensure smooth data flow across all retail touchpoints including store, warehouse, and e-commerce.
Provide IT support for retail systems and troubleshoot ERP/POS-related issues.
Document system workflows, SOP automations, and process improvements.
Train internal teams on new system features and processes.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest technology-based improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred; SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Tally, or similar also acceptable).
Good understanding of POS systems and retail tech stack.
Knowledge of retail ERP modules: Inventory, Order Management, Purchase, Finance, and Warehouse Management.
Experience in process automation and workflow configuration inside ERP tools.
Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations between multiple retail systems.
Familiarity with retail reporting dashboards and MIS.
Functional Knowledge:
Strong understanding of retail operations in fashion/apparel:
Store operations
Inventory management
Supply chain flow
Warehouse to store movement
Stock reconciliation
Returns and exchanges
Knowledge of retail SOPs and how to digitize them
Experience Requirements
2-3 years of experience in IT or system operations for a retail company (preferably fashion/apparel).
Experience working closely with operations teams for system implementation or digitization projects.
Hands-on exposure to retail systems like POS, ERP, WMS, and CRM.
