Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Performance Management

Achieve department sales, margin, and shrinkage targets.

Analyze sales data and implement action plans to improve performance.

Drive upselling, cross-selling, and promotional initiatives.

2. Customer Experience

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain product knowledge to support staff training and customer engagement.

3. Team Leadership & Development

Supervise, motivate, and train team members to meet performance standards.

Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.

Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.

4. Merchandising & Inventory Management

Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, accurately priced, and attractively displayed.

Coordinate with inventory and replenishment teams to manage stock levels.

Monitor shrinkage and implement loss prevention strategies.

5. Operations & Compliance

Ensure department compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual presentation.

Assist with store-wide operations and promotional events as needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
