Responsible for managing daily operations of an assigned retail department, ensuring excellent customer service, effective merchandising, and achievement of sales and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support department staff; schedule, train, and evaluate performance.
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues.
Manage stock levels: ordering, receiving, inventory control, and loss prevention.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product availability.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement action plans.
Ensure compliance with store policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with store management on promotions, staffing, and overall store goals.
