Main Purpose:
This role primarily focuses on providing exceptional customer support for Odoo users within the retail environment, assisting with master data management, pricing management, and troubleshooting system usage. The position also involves managing non-fuel retail product pricing, conducting basket analysis for product combos, and providing minor Odoo technical support and development to ensure smooth non-fuel retail (NFR) operations.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Master Data ManagementManage master data (static data) related to retail operations, including product information, categories, and customer data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Odoo modules.
Zero tolerance for master data errors, maintain the timeliness of price change requests
PricingManage and update price lists for non-fuel retail items within Odoo, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Configure pricing rules, discounts, and promotions in Odoo according to business needs.
Complies with all Control standards and available procedures in accordance with the DOA

Confidentially handled pricing and customer information
Basket AnalysisIdentify product groupings and create combos to enhance sales strategies
Suggest & implement the product baskets and run a campaign across the country
Analyze the performance of the campaign and present incremental growth in revenue
Internal SupportEnsure customer requests are acted upon in a timely manner within service level parameters
Promptly escalate any issues to the line manager or supervisors in the affiliates to ensure smooth operations & customer satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users requiring support with Odoo retail modules, particularly pricing, master data, and sales functionalities.
Provide timely troubleshooting assistance and resolve user issues related to Odoo system performance and functionality.
Collaborate with different teams to address system challenges and implement improvements.
Deliver training & support to retail staff on Odoo operations, master data handling, and pricing processes.
Maintain documentation of support cases, system changes, and training materials.
Reporting & StatisticsProvide regular reports on pricing effectiveness and basket analysis insights to the management
Prepare monthly costing & pricing analysis for all products and locations
Create & circulate report on support issues & master data quality
QualificationsMinimum bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing or other similar field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or a relevant role
Experience in customer support or help desk roles, preferably within ERP or retail systems.
Experience with retail basket analysis and sales data analytics.
Excellent interpersonal skills to support diverse user groups and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly to end-users.

SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel
Knowledge and experience in managing Odoo is a plus
