Retail Customer Support Executive required in a healthcare brand located at Mangaluru (near Falnir), Karnataka

Fresher with good communication skill can apply

JD:

Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide detailed information about products, including specifications, pricing, and benefits*
Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability*
Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts Executing in-store events, promotional materials and communicate promotional offersto customers Collect and manage customer feedbackto improve service quality
Salary up to Rs 18,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
