Sales Support:
Promote current sales and promotions to customers
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
Assist with checkout process, including handling payments and wrapping purchases
Operational Tasks:
Maintain knowledge of current product inventory and stock levels
Keep the sales floor clean and organized
Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
Utilize point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately
Update customer information in the database as needed
