Retail Customer Advisor
. The role involves addressing customer queries and concerns, providing a high standard of service, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management to enhance service quality.
Ensure smooth store operations by coordinating and cooperating with team members.
Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
Provide support in achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement.
Follow company guidelines and SOPs to ensure consistent customer service delivery.
Requirements / Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage. Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance, good manners, and a customer-friendly approach.
Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
