Role Overview

As a

Retail & Commercial Loan Executive

at Finsure Advisors, you will play a key role in driving our lending business. You will engage with retail customers (individuals) and commercial clients (SMEs, small business owners) to understand their financing needs, guide them through loan products, and support them through the loan application process. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in finance.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation for retail and commercial loan products Engaging with clients (walk-ins, calls, or referrals) to understand their credit needs Explaining different loan options (home loan, Commercial loan, etc.) Assessing client creditworthiness and gathering required documentation Coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing Following up on loan applications, disbursements, and post-sanction processes Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business Meeting monthly/quarterly loan origination targets Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, loan pipeline, and status updates Staying updated with market trends, bank policies, and credit products
Requirements

Freshers or candidates with

1-2 years

of experience in sales, banking, financial services, or a related field Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance, Commerce, Business Administration preferred) Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and sales-oriented mindset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of financial products and lending will be an advantage Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
