Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Manage production technical support for incident tickets logged by user and other customer support units. Liaise with business and other stakeholders for periodic reviews of issues and addressing business challenges via fixes in system. Perform jobs like incident analysis / review, impact analysis of critical issues, detailed technical analysis of complex issues Periodic review of systems and interfaces and document all these in KDB (knowledge database) Performing analysis of tickets and repeated incidents raised and work on reducing repeated tickets and incidents Key Skills Team management experience in production support is must. Work Experience on Retail netbanking is must and Work experience on CBS or digital applications like OBDX support will be added advantage. Should have techknowledge and hands on experience.
