Job Description

1. Operations Management



Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Implement and maintain company policies, SOPs, and operational standards. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control. Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of the center. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth



Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets. Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market opportunities. Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost footfall and sales. Ensure effective upselling/cross-selling by the store team.

3. Customer Service Excellence



Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Train and guide staff to deliver a consistent and premium customer experience. Track customer satisfaction and implement improvements.

4. Team Leadership & Development



Recruit, train, and supervise staff including sales associates and support staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions. Create duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing. Foster a positive team culture and encourage professional development.

5. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities



Manage cash handling, banking operations, and financial reporting. Prepare and review budgets, expenses, and center profitability. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.

6. Reporting & Coordination



Submit periodic sales, footfall, and operational reports to management. Collaborate with marketing, HR, and supply chain teams for smooth coordination. Attend management meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field. 4-7 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and customer service best practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
