Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management:

Handle cash, credit, and digital payments (UPI/Wallets) with 100% accuracy using POS systems

Customer Excellence:

Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and ensure a positive checkout experience

Sales Support:

Assist in promoting special offers and cross-selling products to help meet store targets

Operational Integrity:

Maintain a clean and organized checkout station, track daily sales reports, and assist with bagging as needed

Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma (10th/12th pass) or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but freshers with strong math skills are welcome to apply

Skills:

Fluency in English and Hindi Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina for standing during shifts
