Job Summary:

We are seeking a courteous and detail-oriented

Retail Cashier

to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail, with strong customer service skills and the ability to handle billing and cash transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with the billing process Handle POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently Manage cash, card, UPI, and other transaction modes Generate and hand over purchase invoices to customers Maintain daily cash register, balancing end-of-day sales Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience Follow showroom procedures and maintain billing accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier desk Assist in stock checks and product tagging when required

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail (jewellery experience preferred) Familiarity with billing systems and basic accounting Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude Trustworthy, well-groomed, and presentable Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment
