Implement SOPs for store operations, sales, inventory, billing, and customer service.
Ensure smooth store openings, staffing, onboarding, and training.
Sales Leadership Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for each store.
Analyse store performance and implement strategies to increase conversion, ASP, and UPT.
Develop sales incentive structures.
Customer Experience Maintain Ritvaa's premium jewellery customer service standards.
Handle customer escalations and ensure customer delight.
Build CRM strategies for repeat purchase and loyalty programmes.
Team Leadership Hire, train, and manage Store Managers and Sales Associates.
Conduct performance reviews and create growth paths for retail teams.
Create a culture of discipline, accountability, and customer-first attitude.
Inventory Merchandising
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, slow/fast-moving SKUs.
Coordinate with supply chain for replenishment and forecasting.
Ensure high-quality visual merchandising aligned with Ritvaa brand identity.
Expansion Strategy Assist in selecting new store locations.
Work with interior designers, contractors, and vendors during store setup
Create annual retail business plans and budgets.
