Knya has raised seed funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others. Since inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.?

Position Overview:?

We are looking for a proactive and driven Retail Business Development Executive to manage projects from inception to execution, focusing on setting up new retail stores and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, a people-person, and has strong communication skills. This role requires regular travel to various locations for store setup and will play a pivotal role in expanding our retail footprint.

Roles and Responsibilities:?

Manage end-to-end projects, focusing on setting up new retail stores from scratch. Drive business growth and identify new market opportunities. Travel regularly to oversee store setups across different locations. Lead the process of store setup, including site selection, design, construction, and launch. Needs a strong network in local high streets and markets, understands catchment profiling. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Should be proactive in identifying cluster opportunities and leveraging our online sales data to guide offline expansion. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as landlords, vendors, and local authorities. Analyze market data and customer insights to make informed, data-driven decisions. Handle on-site challenges during store setup and ensure timely problem resolution. Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution.
Must-Have:

3+ years of experience in business development, project management, or retail operations. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel and Google Analytics. Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end, especially setting up retail stores. Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills. Willingness to travel frequently for store setup and on-site management. Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines under pressure.
Good-to-Have:

Experience in setting up retail stores or working in the retail industry. Previous experience in a cross-functional role, coordinating with diverse teams. Knowledge of market analysis tools and customer behavior insights. Strong negotiation skills and experience building relationships with vendors and partners. Exposure to higher-level retail operations and business strategy.
