Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Retail Business Development Manager to drive growth in the fashion sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple vendors, retail stores, and consumer sales, with a strong background in digital outreach and business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with multiple vendors and negotiate contracts
- Oversee daily operations of retail stores, including inventory management and staff supervision
- Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and sales strategies
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to reach new customers and promote products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, vendor management, and consumer sales in the fashion sector with 3+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms like LinkedIn
- Ability to leverage digital tools and platforms to drive business growth
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms is a plus
