Urgent Requirement For Retail banking Trainer
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs on retail banking and finance topics.
Create engaging course materials, manuals, and other educational content.
Conduct in-person and remote training sessions for banking professionals.
Assess participants' learning and provide feedback to enhance their knowledge.
Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in retail banking.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services.
Previous experience in a training or educational role is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, products, and services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop training materials and deliver engaging sessions.
