Wynim Exhibitions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Branding Executive with 1-2 years of experience in retail/store branding. The candidate should have hands-on experience in branding installations, vendor coordination, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute retail branding projects across multiple store locations.
Supervise installation of signage, vinyl, flex, sunboard, acrylic boards, display units, and in-store branding materials.
Conduct site surveys, take accurate measurements, and prepare BOQs.
Work closely with production teams, printers, fabricators, and installers to ensure timely execution.
Maintain quality checks for print materials and on-site installations.
Ensure branding follows brand guidelines and approved artwork.
Visit retail outlets for approvals, supervision, and photographic documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, status updates, and completion reports using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with clients for approvals, timelines, and site-related communication.
Track project deadlines and ensure on-time completion of all branding tasks.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of retail branding, store branding, signage, and fabrication materials.
Knowledge of printing processes (vinyl, flex, sunboard, acrylic, etc.).
Strong project and vendor coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, report preparation).
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and willingness to travel for site visits.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field (Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Merchandising preferred).
