We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including billing, stock handling, and maintaining the store environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth retail functioning and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Store Manager in all daily operations of the store.
Support in billing, packaging, and customer interactions at the counter.
Help with displaying merchandise and taking out items from storage as and when required.
Open and close the store on time in coordination with the manager.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues to the manager.
Follow all store policies regarding attendance, customer service, and hygiene.
Cooperate with team members and maintain a professional attitude.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass (preferred).
Prior experience in retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of billing systems/Point-of-Sale machines is a plus.
Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Must be punctual and dependable.
