Customer Service: Greeting shoppers, answering questions, assisting with product selection, and handling returns or complaints.
Sales & POS: Processing cash, card, and digital payments accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Merchandising: Restocking shelves, setting up promotional displays, and ensuring products are properly priced and presented.
Store Maintenance: Keeping the sales floor, fitting rooms, and shelves clean, organized, and tidy.
Operational Support: Assisting with inventory counts, receiving deliveries, and monitoring for theft. Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
Reliability: Punctuality and flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to operate cash registers and retail technology.
