Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric
Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager
to lead our luxury retail store operations. The role requires exceptional leadership, refined communication skills, and a strong sense of premium customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure store excellence while consistently delivering the Kimirica brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations
Oversee daily store functioning to maintain a premium, well-organized, and customer-ready environment.
Ensure
visual merchandising
standards are met and aligned with brand guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment cycles, and coordinate with warehouse/HO.
Manage store opening & closing procedures, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Sales & Customer Experience
Drive sales performance by achieving
monthly revenue targets
and improving conversion rates.
Deliver
exceptional luxury customer service
, personalized recommendations, and product knowledge.
Handle escalations, queries, and VIP customer interactions with professionalism and warmth.
Build strong customer relationships to maximize repeat business and loyalty.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to achieve individual and store KPIs.
Conduct regular training on product knowledge, grooming, sales behavior, and brand standards.
Maintain staff schedules, attendance, performance reviews, and discipline protocols.
Brand Representation
Uphold Kimirica's luxury identity through store hygiene, ambiance, and guest engagement.
Execute marketing activations, sampling activities, and in-store brand events.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide daily/weekly sales reports, customer insights, and market feedback to management.
Ensure compliance with retail SOPs, audits, and operational guidelines.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
3-8 years
of experience in retail, preferably in
luxury beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or premium fashion
.
Experience as
Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
in a customer-focused environment.
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a refined, polite demeanor.
Excellent leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
Good understanding of sales analytics, store operations, and CRM tools.
