The Assistant Store Manager for Small Home Appliances will ensure strong sales performance, product knowledge expertise, and superior customer service across small home appliance categories such as mixer grinders, cooktops, fans, water heaters, induction, OTG, vacuum cleaner, irons, blenders, and other kitchen & home appliances.
This role supports the Store Manager in driving business growth, team management, merchandising excellence, and stock control for the assigned category.
Provide expert product demonstrations with technical clarity.
Ensure differentiated and customer-friendly purchase experience.
Handle escalated complaints related to small appliances category.
