Roles and Responsibilities:
To be able to review previous day's sales and promotions and make an analysis on it and guide on how to arrange the stock and what items to be put on display to attract customers
To check the cleanliness, safety and hygiene of the store at all times and good at negotiation part with clients
To be able to interact with the clients when sales people are doing calls and able to explain the product to clients along with differences and need to handle the operations and advertising of the store
Prior Watch retail sales experience is a must (Preferably in a larger AND LUXARY BRANED IN WORLD WIDE)
Familiarity with gold store software (ERP) for inventory barcoding, billing for orders, and sales.
Take complete responsibility of leading the showroom and guide junior sales persons.
Provide advice to management on increasing sales, profitability and any other strategic opportunities to enhance the customer experience further.
