Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight

Manage daily store operations efficiently Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation Maintain cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and supervise staff Delegate tasks based on team strengths Motivate employees and conduct performance reviews

Customer Experience

Ensure excellent customer service Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly Create a welcoming and positive shopping environment
4.

Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and reorder merchandise Prevent overstocking or stockouts Implement loss prevention strategies
5.

Sales & Profitability

Drive sales through promotions and upselling Analyze sales data and set performance goals Work toward achieving revenue targets
6.

Visual Merchandising

Ensure products are displayed attractively Rotate mannequins and seasonal items strategically Maintain brand image through store layout and signage
7.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare sales and inventory reports Communicate with corporate teams and vendors Stay updated on retail trends and software tools

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
