Assistant Store Manager
to support daily store operations and customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory organisation.
Manage billing, POS operations, and daily sales reports.
Ensure products are steamed, tagged, and displayed as per brand standards.
Customer Service & Sales
Greet and assist customers with styling, size guidance, and product selection.
Provide a warm, personalised shopping experience to every client.
Help achieve monthly sales targets and drive store conversions.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve minor issues independently.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with sales associates and support staff.
Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and service expectations.
Help create staff schedules when required.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse/production team.
Assist in conducting stock audits and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Brand Representation
Uphold the brand's aesthetics, behaviour, and store presentation at all times.
Maintain trial room management, product arrangement, and overall store ambience.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
2-5 years of retail experience (fashion/apparel preferred).
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Presentable, confident, and well-spoken.
Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing, and Excel.
Ability to work on weekends and peak festive periods.
Strong sense of fashion and styling is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
