Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other support staff to ensure smooth office functioning.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory for the front office.
Have experience in retail sector.
