What you'll do

Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and merchandising strategies. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to policies. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, resolve issues, and promote loyalty. Collaborate with management on budgeting, purchasing, and sales strategies to maximize profitability. Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure compliance with company standards. Utilize retail math skills for pricing strategies and inventory assessments.

Proficiency in retail management practices including inventory management and merchandising. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer engagement. Familiarity with marketing strategies to drive sales growth within the store.
