Role: Retail Assistant

As a Retail Assistant at JSW Paints, you will be the face of the brand, assisting customers in choosing the right products, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Areekode, Pulikkal, Kondotty, Mavoor, Edavannapara, Puthyedathuparamba

Age below 30

Education:

Any degree
Candidate should be open to field work.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection. Provide accurate information about paint products, shades, and finishes. Maintain store displays and ensure product availability. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions. Support in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. Manage stock levels and assist in inventory checks.

Requirements:

Any degree qualification Prior experience in retail sales or customer service (paint/consumer goods industry experience is an advantage). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Willingness to travel/field work.
