Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

Stock Helper/ Retail Assistant Girl

to support daily store operations at

anantam

. This role includes handling

stock management

,

barcoding

,

Steaming/Ironing garments

, and assisting both

Fashion Consultants (FCs)

and

customers in trial rooms

. The ideal candidate should be organized, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the stockroom. Inspecting products for damage or discrepancies and ensuring items meet standards Counting, verifying, and recording the quantities of items on hand. Apply

barcodes

accurately and ensure all products are properly labeled. Organizing products on shelves in store, managing the flow of goods, and ensuring they are readily available.

Steaming/Ironing garments

to ensure they are neat and presentable for display or trials. Refill shelves and maintain stock levels across the store. Keep the stockroom and display areas clean and well-organized. Assist

Fashion Consultants (FCs)

in locating and replenishing stock. Support

customers in trial rooms

, including handing over different sizes or styles. Participate in

inventory checks

and stock audits. Report any

stock discrepancies or damaged items

to the Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

Graduate

qualification preferred.

6 months to 3 years

of experience in retail or stock handling. Familiarity with

barcoding systems

and basic garment care. Comfortable using

ironing equipment

(steam or dry). Physically fit and able to handle movement/lifting of stock. Good communication skills with a

customer-friendly approach
