Assess current store operations, sales processes, and customer journey.
Identify gaps in sales, inventory, manpower, and SOPs.
Analyze manual processes in sales, inventory, billing, and reporting.
Digital Transformation
Design and implement digital workflows to replace manual registers and Excel tracking.
Support implementation of POS, inventory software, CRM, and automation tools.
Define SOPs for digital sales entry, stock movement, billing, and reporting.
Performance Improvement
Develop retail improvement strategies (sales growth, conversion, AOV, footfall).
Define and track KPIs for sales team and store performance.
Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and action plans.
Training & Coordination
Train store staff on sales process, customer handling, and productivity.
Coordinate with management on execution and periodic reviews.
Support store layout, merchandising, and visual display improvements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education
: MBA / Graduate in Management, Retail, or related field (preferred)
