We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Resume Screener / Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates to support our recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes
and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate initial rounds
(telephonic or virtual) and shortlist qualified candidates.
Maintain and update
candidate databases
and recruitment trackers.
Assist in
job posting
and ensuring visibility across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with the
HR team and hiring managers
to understand role requirements.
Maintain a positive
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
0.6 - 2 years in recruitment, resume screening, or talent acquisition. (Freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply.)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
Location:
Must be based in
Indore
or willing to relocate.
