Communicate will client over call/ emails or in- person [as and when required] and guide candidates through the job application process, ensuring that all

Observing and screening candidates for UK, Ireland and other countries for

Maintaining accurate records of candidates list on a day-to-day basis on CRM

interview skills and language improvement suggestions - on a case-to-case basis.
Advising the candidate on how to better highlight their qualifications and
experiences in line with the vacancies.
Remaining objective and unbiased throughout the recruitment process
