Requirements



Proven experience as a database administrator--preferably using Zoho Recruit or comparable ATS. Familiarity with resume/candidate data management, import/export, and reporting tools on Zoho. Proficiency in poster and social media content creation, with design portfolio or examples preferred. Knowledge of data privacy, backup/recovery, and reporting best practices. Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience supporting HR or recruitment functions. Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing trends.
