Job Description

We are looking for Restaurant Supervisor in small restaurant having a seating capacity of 50pax. Candidates prefer for Kannur, Kasargod, Kozhikode, Thrissur district area. He shall be speak English & Hindi in addition to Malayalam and requires previous experience in restaurant filed. Food and Accommodation will be provided. Restaurant Working time 12:00 PM to 11.00 PM. Duty time & responsibility will be assign by Operation Manager. Monthly 4 off.

Responsibilities

Has to lead the this small outlet and control day to day operation. Planning and delegating work duties of all staff (14 staff) and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business. Overseeing the staff for the smooth running of the restaurant. Training of new employees as and when required as per SOP. Customer Order to be taken as and when required. Control the F&B and Kitchen team as required by the job. Conducting inspections of the restaurant - and ensuring proper hygiene is maintained. Checking with the guest and making sure that they are getting served with the best quality food. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Ensuring customer satisfaction with all the services provided to them. Preparing daily reports and presenting them to Daily/Weekly Meeting and with higher management. Day end closed out to be monitor. To be co-ordinate with Operation manager/Corporate Ex. Chef as & when required.
