Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or cafe management (vegetarian restaurant experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Punjabi food culture and customer expectations.
Basic understanding of POS systems, billing, and cash handling.
Ability to handle pressure during peak hours and festivals.
Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi; English communication preferred.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management (or equivalent certification required).
