Supervise, train, and motivate staff members
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policy
Control inventory, stock levels, and wastage
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food preparation and service
Handle cash, billing, and basic financial reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement
