We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest experience, manage teams, control costs, and maintain brand and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Drive sales, control costs, and manage inventory.
Handle guest complaints and operational issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, FSSAI, and statutory norms.
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Graduate / Hotel Management preferred.
