Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the Coffee Culture outlet in Bhavnagar. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experience, controlling costs, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) Ensure consistent Coffee Culture service standards and product quality Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery Maintain hygiene, food safety, and outlet cleanliness at all times

Team Management

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise cafe staff Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and attendance Build a motivated, customer-focused team culture

Sales & Business Growth

Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and local marketing initiatives Monitor daily sales, average bill value, and footfall Support brand campaigns and new product launches

Inventory & Cost Control

Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and stock ordering Control food cost, beverage cost, and wastage Maintain daily reports: sales, cash, stock, and manpower

Admin & Reporting

Ensure accurate billing and cash handling Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Coordinate with HO on audits, compliance, and SOPs Work with software such as Pet Pooja / POS systems

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum

2-4 years of experience

as Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager Experience in cafe or QSR brands preferred (coffee-based brands a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Good understanding of operations, inventory, and P&L basics Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Qualification

Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Any discipline Relevant experience may substitute formal education
