We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Coffee Culture restaurant. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hospitality, quality coffee, and food service. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experiences while managing staff, inventory, finances, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Staff Management:
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to promote teamwork and high morale.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure staff follows company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure that guests receive the highest level of service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the delivery of food and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and special events to ensure smooth operations.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and create work schedules for employees.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service areas.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, including food and labor costs, and ensure profitability.
- Prepare financial reports, including sales figures, cost analysis, and other relevant reports.
- Handle cash management, including reconciliations and deposits.

Product & Menu Management:
- Collaborate with chefs and baristas to maintain menu quality and introduce new items that align with customer preferences.
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and quality of food and beverages.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply of products.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Help promote the restaurant and its offerings through local marketing, events, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations, including sanitation, are adhered to.
- Monitor kitchen hygiene practices and ensure that all staff are trained in food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry (preferably in coffee culture or cafe settings).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including coffee and espresso drinks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage finances and budgets effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the foodservice industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in hospitality management or related field.
- Experience in managing a coffee-focused or cafe-style restaurant.
- Passion for coffee culture and knowledge of specialty coffee drinks.
