Greet guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining and bar experience.
Assist guests with menu recommendations, food & beverage pairing, and special requests.
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are well-set, clean, and properly serviced at all times.
Floor & Team Supervision
Supervise and guide service staff (servers, stewards, bartenders, runners).
Allocate tables, monitor table turnover, and ensure efficient service flow.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions.
Maintain hygiene, grooming standards, and discipline of the service team.
Order & Service Management
Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service team for timely orders.
Ensure service protocols are followed for food, cocktails, and beverages.
Check food & beverage quality, garnishing standards, and presentation.
Promote upselling of signature dishes, cocktails, premium beverages, and add-ons.
Operational & Administrative
Maintain records of reservations, guest preferences, and table plans.
Monitor billing accuracy, handle payments, and ensure proper cash/card transactions.
Assist in stock monitoring of cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
Support in training new staff and conducting refresh training on service standards.
