Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Kitchen Store Manager

to oversee daily operations of our kitchen retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for kitchen products and culinary trends, and a proven ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Store Operations



Oversee all store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising. Ensure the store meets all safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards. Monitor and manage stock levels, reordering as necessary in coordination with purchasing. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Sales & Customer Service



Drive sales targets and KPIs through effective team management and customer engagement. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any complaints or issues promptly. Provide expert product knowledge on kitchenware, appliances, tools, and culinary trends.

Team Management



Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring proper onboarding and continuous development. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and goal-setting sessions.

Marketing & Promotions



Work with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events. Maintain attractive and engaging visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience (3+ years) as a Retail Manager, preferably in kitchenware, home goods, or appliances. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and sales abilities. Knowledge of inventory management systems (POS, ERP systems). Passion for cooking, kitchen products, or culinary arts is a strong asset. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in retail training or staff development. Basic understanding of culinary tools, kitchen trends, and customer buying behavior. Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
